3.3 im Falle einer verspäteten Bereitstellung der in Z. 3.1 genannte Zeitpunkt, jedoch nur insofern die Citycom kein Verschulden an der Verspätung trifft. Sofern vertraglich nichts anderes vereinbart wurde, so gilt als Leistungsbeginn der Zeitpunkt 3 Monate ab Bestellung. Im Zuge der Bereitstellung von Telekommunikationsdienstleistungen führt Citycom eine Übergabeprüfung durch. Das Protokoll über die Übergabeprüfung wird dem Kunden übergeben.
