How it works
Browse the market free. Pay for the evidence behind one operator.
Searching is open to everyone. You pay at the point an operator becomes part of real sourcing work and you need to know what is actually behind them, rather than what they say about themselves.
01
Search the market free
Every directory is open. Search operators by service, country, certification, GPU model and more, and read their company overview, without an account and without paying.
02
Create an account when you want depth
A free account opens the full standard profile on any operator, and includes your first Infrastructure Snapshot once you confirm your email address.
03
Buy evidence on the ones that matter
When an operator reaches a real shortlist, buy the evidence behind them. Everything you buy stays in your library and re-opens at no extra cost.

Infrastructure Snapshot
Instant
You want to know whether an operator is really running infrastructure, and how densely, before you spend time on them.
Observed reverse-DNS evidence for one operator: how much of their address space resolves, how densely it is tenanted, and whose infrastructure it actually sits on. Evidence, not a score.
Offered only where we hold the evidence. Where we do not, it is not sold.

When you need the homework done properly
These are written by a person, not generated. They answer questions no automated lookup can: who actually owns this company, what changed, and whether the records agree with each other.
Operator Brief
Within 24 hours
Who owns the company and who owns them, whether they or any parent appears on published sanctions and export-control lists, their full reverse-DNS record analysed, and what they claim about themselves set against what the evidence shows.
What is in itOperator Deep Dossier
3 business days
Everything in the Brief, plus the whole corporate group, group-wide screening, the other names the same organisation trades under, and what they used to claim about themselves that quietly changed.
What is in itNetwork Evidence Report
5 business days
One address block examined address by address rather than summarised: who holds the pieces of it on paper, what actually resolves inside it, and where the registry record, the delegation records and the observed naming disagree.
What is in itEvidence exports
Or just the records, as a file
Not every question needs a write-up. You can buy the underlying records as a spreadsheet with a short summary: the reverse-DNS evidence we hold for one operator, the records observed inside an address range you supply, or a corporate ownership map. Each one is checked before you are charged, because an evidence file with nothing in it is worth nothing.
How we behave about it
We check before we charge you
Every paid product is offered only where we actually hold something worth selling. If we cannot produce something useful, you are told before payment, and refunded if that only becomes clear afterwards.
Evidence, never a score
There is no operator rating, no ranking and no recommendation anywhere in the product. We show what we observed and what it appears to mean, and let you draw the conclusion.
We are not a broker
You talk to operators directly. We do not sit in the middle of your deal and we do not resell your details.
We say what we do not know
Where something is not measured, the product says so rather than filling the gap. Absence of evidence is reported as absence, never dressed up as a finding.
Refunds
Purchases can be refunded within thirty days. Anything you have bought stays in your library and re-opens at no extra cost for as long as your account is open. If we cannot produce something useful, we refund it rather than deliver it thin. Read the refund policy.
Where the evidence comes from
Operator profiles are built from public operator and registry sources, then independently verified, and the infrastructure evidence comes from our own observation of the live network. Every product carries the date it was measured, and states plainly what it does not establish.
Your first Infrastructure Snapshot is included.
