4. Propriété intellectuelle — Intellectual property

The viabandwidth name, the site design, the editorial content and the structured directory of operators are the exclusive property of Steven Higashi, save where another rights-holder is named. The underlying public-source data is redistributed under the licences of its respective publishers, attributed in the site footer and on the methodology page.

Reproduction, extraction or systematic reuse of the directory or any substantial part of it is prohibited without prior written permission, in application of Articles L. 341-1 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code (droit sui generis du producteur de bases de données).

5. Données personnelles — Personal data

How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy. Data subjects may exercise their rights under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 (as amended) by writing to [email protected]. This site and the services provided through it are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
