W 2002 roku trzech młodych, niedoświadczonych, lecz pełnych pomysłów ludzi, rozpoczęło wspólne działania. Były one odpowiedzią na potrzeby lokalnego rynku. Tak rozpoczęło działalność przedsięwzięcie pod nazwą „Helionet.pl”. Początek to niezapomniana kawiarenka internetowa, tworzenie stron www, a przede wszystkim połączenie istniejących w wielu budynkach – blokowych sieci komputerowych. Nie było łatwo i bez pomocy życzliwych osób, na pewno by się nie udało.
